This fast compression boosts circulation and lymphatic drainage, as well as relieves muscle fatigue. The REX includes a pump and lower extremity garments with air cells. During treatment the pump inflates the air cells to compress muscles, promoting venous blood return and helping prevent deep venous thrombosis.
