The Fitter International Rocker Board Tri Level is the ideal tool for strengthening the ankle and ACL joints and increasing R.O.M. This is considered a beginner board and ideal for seniors, or any other individual new to balance training. It is constructed of Baltic birch plywood and has a urethane rocking base. The Rocker Board provides one plane of instability with the ability to be adjusted to three different angles of 10, 12 and 15 degrees.
